Beg to differ. I see a rookie with the talent, but still learning the game. To me, Turner is a better scoring Iggy. Have you seen his silky smooth handlez? Iggy never had anything like that. Trust me, give him some time and he'll step up.

Agree with his handle. Not nec. proclaiming him a scrub(completely), but if/when we trade Iguodala, the need for him to step up and put up big points will definitely be at the forefront. I hope that he can step up to the challenge. It still is extremely early in the season though.

we (the fans) would likely opt for Hill, Budinger, etc.

not quite sure what mgmt would do, probably the instant cap space

the rockets also have trade exception, so they could use that in combo with expiring contract and young players. i think that is the best of everything for the 76ers.

We need to be patient if we are serious about trading Iggy. We can't settle for anything, we need a legit center, not another pf. Whether you like it or not, Iggy is still our best overall player and to move your best player for anything else but something that is needed (center) will just set us back another couple years. There are no legit FA Centers this summer that i know of.

Yao Ming is a FA center this coming summer. You are taking a big risk though, but he should be cheap.

No interest in Yao. His career is almost done.

I would also take a look at Serge Ibaka. They already lack depth over there but I wouldn't be surprised if they would want Iguodala.

I really would like to see us trade him though. There would be no true #1 on this team so I want to see who will fill the void for shots.

OKC would never trade Ibaka. They are already lacking in size. They are looking for a legit big man!

"It all points to a trade. Cleveland, Houston and New York all have expressed interest in his versatility and athleticism."

Rockets were apparently interested in Iggy on the 26th of last month... sorry if I didn't support their interest with the link originally.

Ok how about this... Utah Jazz.

They have Al Jefferson, Mehmet Okur, Andrei Kirilenko, Kyrylo Fesenko, Francisco Elson, and Jeremy Evans.

They pretty much have cornered the market on big men. Their backcourt is pretty good with Deron Williams, but they would be defensively sound with Iggy and have an incredibly athletic finisher for Deron to pass to.

Magic fan here, how about a deal revolving around a combo of Gortat, Q Rich, Pietrus, Anderson, Orton?

I doubt Portland would give him up now, but I remember a rumor a while back about Iguodala involved in a deal for Aldridge. The board then said they didn't want Aldridge. I'd take him.
