NBA Power Rankings

Post#1 » by DubaLakers » Mon Dec 6, 2010 4:15 pm

http://dimemag.com/2010/12/dime-nba-pow ... the-top-5/

A nice little break down #30 to #1. The #1 team is just. It truly feels like they will meet the Lakers in the WCF, but will the Lakers be up for the challenge ?

What happened to our perfect 82-0 season ? Will Andrew come to the rescue? Will Vic the Brick work his magic and inspire other Lakers now that Lamar has learned the warrior way ? Will the team be able to adjust seemlessly as Princess 'Dru get reinstilled to the lineup? Will Blakey ever start? It's going to be fun watching the Lakers get back to #1 and looking like a Mother Fn' Monster (MFM!)once again.

Code: Select all

"2. San Antonio Spurs (17-3)
Last week — Won at Golden State, lost at L.A. Clippers, beat Minnesota, beat New Orleans
Imagine how much better they’ll be when Tiago Splitter comes over from Brazil and joins the team."

WHAT!? :o Dude he is already on the team!!! Like, this year! LOL! This writer and this article just lost creditability with me. :nonono:

But we are certainly going to need a healthy Bynum and Pau when Pop throws Splitter and Duncan at us.

lol, you guys act like Splitter is such a huge obstacle to overcome...

The guy plays 12 minutes a game for Christ sakes. Why don't we try worrying about Tony running circles around Fisher and Blake for half the game first?

Don,

Hoop was pointing out that this fresh power rankings wasn't as fresh as I thought it was. I'm guessing this is cut and pasted as the season progresses and the Spurs blurb wasn't updated.

I think the only opponent this year worthy of the Lakers attention is themselves; health, commitment, drive, chemistry.

 Go Lakers, MFM !
