Westbrook and Durant question

Hey everyone! I've been watching the Thunder play a lot more this season and I'd like to have a few of your opinions on something I heard but I haven't noticed while watching the games. Some people say are saying that Russell Westbrook freezes Kevin Durant out while being on the court together, but I actually don't see it. Does anyone else agree or see this?

Durant needs to work on being part of a coherent offense more than westbrook this year

the iso-jab step-contested-jumper/launch-bad-3-pointer offense isn't working

Westbrook has had some questionable decision making but no idea what would make anyone think he's freezing Durant out when Durant is having a career high in FGA
