He posted that address on his blog (www.tedstake.com) and yes it would seem that goes directly to him and though I've never e-mailed him, I get the impression he responds to as many as he can.

However, we certainly did have a lot of Knicks fans in attendance last night and it makes me sad. We have a lot of work to do to sell out our building filled with Wizards fans. We are focused on that and this atmospheric is also a part of our rebuild plan. Sell out games - with our fans.

One of my biggest gripes with this franchise has finally been noticed by our ownership. The day that a team like the Knicks/Lakers/Heat/etc. come to DC and their fans are drowned out by Wizards fans will be a truly happy day for me.

It's about to get unbelievably worse for Ted. We might as well paint the court yellow and purple for Tuesday's game.

The Caps used to be even worse than the Wizards in this regard. I think if the Wizards can start to have success on the court, Leonsis should be able to promote them in a way to increase the fan base.

The Lakers and Knicks will always be a challenge. The Lakers because they have a history of being a great team and one of the best players in the game. The Knicks don't have the recent success of the Lakers, but they have a lot of transplants and I bet even a decent number of fans making the trip. If the Heat don't win the championship, I think their bandwagon will empty pretty quickly. I doubt there are a ton of Cavs fans at the Wizards game this season.
