He posted that address on his blog (http://www.tedstake.com) and yes it would seem that goes directly to him and though I've never e-mailed him, I get the impression he responds to as many as he can.

One of my biggest gripes with this franchise has finally been noticed by our ownership. The day that a team like the Knicks/Lakers/Heat/etc. come to DC and their fans are drowned out by Wizards fans will be a truly happy day for me.
