D-League Topic!

Post#1 » by Calinks » Sat Dec 11, 2010 5:20 am

That's right, we got a D-League topic! Will it do better than the Lynx topic? Hmm... doubtful but we will see!

First item of the day:

Rashad McCants leaves Legends, heads to China!

I was hoping to see him back in the NBA soon but I wish him all the best in China.

Looks like he's not going. McCants gets screwed again!

I guess you can say Rashad McCant catch a break!

What do you get when the WNBA and the D-League combine?

2-8 8 points and 7 turns for Flynn. He did have 12 assists though.

On a positive note Flynn had 8 points and 12 assists, but had 7 turnovers... obviously his scoring will come one he plays more but his assists are crazy high... I'm not sure what kind of offense they run but this can only mean good things

Durant just said Darko is one of best centers in the league. For once, I'm not being sarcastic in a tweet. #Twolves

I hope he gets those turnovers under control. The last thing we need is a turnover machine now that it finally looks like we limited them a bit.

Sounds like Flynn still has the problem where his passes are way too flashy for even his teammates.

Did anyone see the game? I watched a lot of the first one he played, and he was a little sloppy, but also the game was just a chaotic up-and-down mess, and that kind of play can be contagious, which contributed to some of his TOs in that game. I don't know if this one was the same way or not, but it sounds like he is really looking to pass, which is a good sign. Averaging double digits in assists so far, while basically playing pick-up ball.

Is there a way to watch his game tonight?

Click on the Futurecast link next to the game, then click on the Sioux Falls game when the window pops up. You should be able to watch his game from last night on that as well (and will be able to skip to only the parts Flynn plays in if you do that).
"A while back,'' Cardinal said, "I took a picture of the standings and texted it to Love, just to bust his chops,'' Cardinal said. "He sent me a picture back of a snowdrift.''

Hopefully they aren't too flashy for his real team mates

Apparently tonight's game has been postponed due to the blizzard.
