Quälix Magath has officially cut the winter break to 6 days for Schalke 04. They start training on the 21. of December. Their 1st game is on 15. of January.

I'm kinda surprised though that the 2nd leg starts this early. I thought they wouldn't start playing before Febuary.

Just got my tickets for the Frankfurt - Mainz game. If I don't post again after Saturday you know I'll either be frozen to death because it's freakin cold here in Germany or I'll get boned by a train full of Eintracht fans (cause I gotta ride back with the majority of them to Frankfurts main station) after intoning a loud: Auswärtssieg, Auswärtssieg (which means Away win) after the game. :tooth

Hopefully, my streak doesn't end. Everytime I've been to the Commerzbank Arena/Waldstadion Eintracht lost the game. My Mainzer need to continue that streak. :shy:

I must be reading this wrong. Stuttgart got 3 goals in 4 minutes?

BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Florian Meyer & his assistants just completely sucked it up. Then we would've drawed
I saw it from 100 meters away that Kirchhoff got bumped by Alex Meier and now that I've watched the video review on tv our player didn't even touch the f*ckin ball with the arm. Where's the video review? I just hate when refs destroy the game.

We didn't play well in the 1st half but we were the dominating team in the 2nd half. We would've won or at least drawn that game if it wasn't for the refs screwing us.

So a Bochum player broke his calf- and shinbone yesterday. I'm afraid to watch the actual footage. Poor guy.

Stuttgart loses again. They're just terrible.
Only 12 points in 16 games.

Problem is that Podolski goes down injured.

Now we have to use Jajalo more. He just tries teeing up shots from 40 yards out on a counter, pissing away all of our opportunities.

Referee Florian Meyer pisses me off. He gets the "home referee of the year" award. He's quickly becoming my least favourite referee. Even worse than Babak Rafati. And that guy is really terrible.

Last week he totally screwed my Mainzer in Frankfurt and I've watched half an hour of Borussia Dortmund vs. Werder Bremen now and his record reads like this:

- Hilarious yellow card given to Pizarro
- Weidenfeller knocked out Pizarro in the penalty area --> no PK given
- Lewandowski clearly offside while scoring a goal
- multiple hilarious decisions including Jensen almost breaking Bender's legs and only getting a yellow card just now

Basically:
It could (or should) be tied 1-1 now instead of 2-0 for Dortmund.

You can basically tell on which team he put his money on.

Stuttgart has just released Jens Keller... Bruno Labbadia in. Hilarious! You fail, fail some more, add some fail and then try to fix it by bringing more fail in... what could go wrong?

I wish I could actually watch the Bundesliga now that I almost decided on a team to follow (Hoffenheim.)

The Bundesliga game scheduled for yesterday here was replaced by a lower table clash of La Liga teams.
I'm sorry I haven't been funny. I am not a comedian. I am Lenny Bruce.

That's kinda weak considering that the Bundesliga is a far deeper league than La Liga.

La Liga is top heavy with Barca, Real then you got a row of solid teams but the last 10 teams or so are just bad. There's no denying that.

^Definitely, that's why I've been watching the Bundesliga for a while now. I started watching Stuttgart after they bought a couple of Mexicans.

I thought it was really cool that the top team, Bayern Munich, wasn't even a title contender for years.

Well they are always title contenders but some years they come up short.

When I got into the Bundesliga, they were barely top 4. It was Schalke, Stuttgart, and Werder Bremen that were worth watching.
