Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Cleveland Cavaliers 12/12/2010

Post#1 » by slick_watts » Sun Dec 12, 2010 6:19 pm

Thunder begin a four game homestand against the Cavs tonight, with games vs. Houston, Sacramento, and Phoenix to follow. We should be thinking at least 3-1 over the next four, with 4-0 probably a realistic expectation.

Cleveland, as expected, is a very bad team that doesn't do much well. They take care of the ball (1st in own TOV%) and are decent on the offensive boards. Aside from that, they are awful. But it's still a team with decent shooters, including on who is a big guy (Jamison).

4-0 is very realistic.

Sounds like Hickson is upset with his role, also sounds like Cleveland might dangle him on the trading block.

Lots of drama for the Cavs these days.

The Thunder SHOULD be 6-0 before facing Denver on Christmas. There's no team there they shouldn't be able to beat(toughest game being Knicks on the second night of a back-to-back).

Hopefully they won't drop more than 1 or 2.

It's sunday and we're at home.

I have very little confidence. I'm just happy that the Cavs are really really bad

No krstic, mullens, or aldrich tonight. The frontline is green, ibaka, collison, and white.

I am actually hoping for a thunder loss so that they can get a little more sense of urgency

nice start, good effort on defense, and good ball movement and moving off the ball on offense, keep it up. Lets blow out a team for once...

I was hoping KD would outscore the Cavs by himself in the quarter, but they pulled away at the last second.

If we play D like this all season, we're going to win the division

Durant is actually becoming a pretty damn good defender although he leaves his feet way too often and he needs to stop with the reaches on drives

Is it just me or does James Harden get fouled an unusually high % on 3 point attempts

It's the Cavs. But it's good to see the team focused.

Well they played the same way in the 2nd half vs the Hornets the other day, granted it appears they've self destructed

We are challenging everything around the rim and doing a good job focusing, looks like last years defense. Nice to see.

We're still giving up a lot of three point looks off screens.

And over helping. Jeff Green helping 50 feet off Antawn Jamison again.

Return to Oklahoma City Thunder
