With Lopez back, will we play Frye+Lopez together?

Post#1 » by swe_suns » Mon Dec 13, 2010 2:54 pm

Yes it would leave us with a weak ass bench-frontcourt but at this point our main problem is that we suck in the 1st quarter. Nash/Jrich/Hill/Frye/Lopez and Dragic/Dudley/Hedo/Jchill/Warrick so no more Barron, I suppose. Even less playing time for Clark, :S ... Thoughts?

I flippin hope so. One of them would just play with the bench and Alvin's said he might have to tighten his rotation.

Gentry rotation problem could be solved by actually having a PF start at PF. Frye is a 6-11 shooting guard. Hedo is a SF.

I disagree. Frye is now a pretty good big man. His defense has improved tremendously over the offseason. I would be happy with him as our starting PF.
