Dwight Howard, Jameer Nelson, Keith Bogans and Trevor Ariza came into my Champs store 3 years ago. Dwight Howard is probably one of the nicest ball players I have ever met. He took pictures with the staff and signed autographs

I met Marcus Camby one time on the street and he was pretty cool

I met Jarrett Jack and Demar DeRozan earlier this summer when they were in front of my friends condo.

I met Jose Calderon one morning heading to work. weird dude that walks around by himself with his head down.

I met Vince Carter at my high school back in the early 2000s

I saw Hakeem Olajuwan in a mosque once, but people were swarming around him so I didn't get a really good look.

I bagged Kevin Garnett's groceries about ten years ago when I was 13 around Thanksgiving. He gave me an autograph and a $40 tip.

Just this past April, I was staying at a really nice hotel across the street from the Target Center for my birthday weekend. I was pretty drunk and carried by a couple friends back to the hotel from the club. My room was on the 14th floor and when we were going up the elevator, it stopped on the 7th floor and Dwyane Wade and Albert Pujols walked in. The Heat were in town to play the Wolves and the Twins were playing the Cards during preseason. They both saw me and laughed.

I met Cedric Maxwell in the subway after a game. I said hi, he said hi back but didn't look too happy that I was talking to him so I quickly told him I appreciate his radio work and then walked away.

I got to talk to Jo Jo White at a playoff game one time. He was really friendly, we talked a bit about how good the Celtics had become and discussed some of the players on the team, then we shook hands and I went back to my seat because we were blocking up the aisle a bit. He's a really great guy, and it almost seemed as if he was more excited to interact with me than I was with him.

I saw Mark Blount in a grocery store one time with a woman I guess must have been his wife but I didn't approach him because... well... it's Mark Blount.

I met Julius Erving in Atlantic City @ the Taj Mahal casino resort.. My wife and I shared an elevator w/ him..

You can tell he was trying to be incognito by the way he swiftly walked and moved to an elevator that no one was in... I hurried and took the same vator...

I had a table at the Club next to Tony Parker, had a table at another club next to Mike Bibby who looks shorter in person cool guys was drinking at Bibby's table and I met every almost every Bulls player because I use to work next to the Deerfield practice facility Bill Cartwright, John Paxson, Scottie Pippen, BJ Armstrong, Andres Nocioni, Tyson Chandler, Pete Myers, Kirk Hinrich, Chris Duhon, Tyrus Thomas, Ben Gordon, Luol Deng, Randy Brown, Eddy Curry and multiple times Michael Jordan. Everyone is cool expect Pippen has an additude sometimes, Eddy Curry would look like he just got out of bed and Jordan would only come in when no customers were there to bother him.

Tended bar for MoPete and JYD in the Private Maple Leafs Sports and Entertainment box during the Molson Toronto Expo racing event thingie. Super nice guys, wish they were allowed to tip me cause I'm sure I would've made some nice dough.

Met Vince Carter very briefly at a book signing at Air Canada Center... he was a total dick and just sat with his head down not responding to anyone who spoke to him. I'm still a VC fan but this was around the time he started going down every dozen games with "jumper's knee" and it was when I realized he just doesn't enjoy what comes with being in the NBA.
