Well, the final deal is going to be 5 years, $120m, with a $27.5m (!?) vesting option for the fifth year.
He'll need to hit 200 IP in 2014 or 400 combined in 2014/2015 for the option to vest, or the poor bastard will only get a $12.5m buyout...which would mean that it would effectively become a 4 year, $105m contract and he'd hit free agency again at age 36.
So yeah, call off the sainthood as it looks like he's getting fair-market; average of $24m with the vesting option, $26.25m without.

I like it but Philly needed to improve their offense. Rollins is in a contract year so he ll probably have a good year. Ibanez looked like he was finished.
