I absolutely cannot wait to see how the Texans lose this week. I'm going to go ahead and guess that it will be on a kickoff return for a TD after just taking the lead with 3 seconds left in regulation...

...or something like that. Sounds about right anyways.

Bring in Bill Cowher!

Rookie QB Joe Webb to start for Vikings on MNF. This should be interesting!

No doubt about that. He spent the offseason trying to prove himself as a WR.

Some great and meaningful games this week:
Eagles/Giants for the NFC East title
Saints/Ravens winner locks up #5 seed in its conference, at worst
Packers/Patriots
Jets/Steelers
Jaguars/Colts for the AFC South title
Chiefs/Rams winner greatly helps their playoff chances
Texans/Titans Round 2 of Finnegan/Johnson

Should be a wash if Rodgers doesn't play.

I know all the hype is on Vick/Brady for MVP but if Rodgers gets that team in the playoffs he should finish first or second. The eagles would be playoff contenders with Kolb starting. Without Rodgers the Packers would be one of the worst teams in the league. Bad O-line and terrible running backs and injured targets in the passing game and a banged up defense.

I don't have a vote but he'd be in my top 3 if I did. I've watched way too much of the Packers the past couple of weeks and that offense is legitimately bad except for him and Jennings. Their line is just awful.

He didn't practice today, didn't even attend gameplan meetings so I would strongly suspect he's out.

Washington is hinting that Rex Grossman will start. It's like Mike Shanahan is purposely trying to lose whatever players still respected him :nonono:

Colt McCoy will start for Cleveland and the line on the game went from CIN -2.5 to pick 'em within half an hour. I like me some Colt McCoy but that seems frivolous.

$10 says Mike McCarthy tries to establish the run because the weather is cold.

interesting about the cowboys/skins game while it's meaningless for this year the loser will likely end up in last place so they'd get the 4th place schedule (and get to play carolina and detroit next year as opposed to the vikes and bucs along w/nfc west and afc east) on top of getting the higher draft pick

Considering Jake Delhomme throws a stupid pick that gives the other team a TD almost every game, and Colt has yet to do something like that it seems reasonable, but maybe a little excessive. JD has thrown more Pick 6s than TDs.

Why hasn't Dingleberry been fired yet? Another pathetic performance by the 49ers :nonono:

Vincent Jackson was available in one of my leagues and I didn't bother picking him up thinking he would be rusty. :nonono:

Vincent Jackson will get overpayed by someone this summer. Probably Washington.

Troy Polamalu (Ankle) "is not expected to play" against the Jets on Sunday, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Link

Bad news for Pitt, but fantastic news for Baltimore. The Jets still need bounce back after dropped two straight games so Pitt will still be difficult for them.

If the Chargers make the playoffs with home field in the first round I think they and New England would be the teams to beat in the AFC.

The chargers are definitely a team you dont want to see in the playoffs. The offense is explosive, especially with jackson back and their D is very good

Michael Vick is telling the critics to not pencil Brady's name in yet for mvp, as he's leading a hell of a comeback against the giants.

If the giants lose this game...wow.
