I think the Knicks would be better off trading for Iggy than getting Melo. Iggy would be fine with a complementary role. He is a good playmaker and plays good D. I think they are better off with Amare being the clear go to guy on offense. He scores efficiently, much moreso than Melo.

I don't think Amare and Melo would have very good chemistry.
