Bucs vs Lions . . .

Post#1 » by Nemesis21 » Fri Dec 17, 2010 7:48 pm

Not sure about the Bucs the rest of the way with all the injuries. Biggers and Lewis will be getting some work, hurts to not have Talib to cover Megatron. Even though a rookie McCoy is a huge loss to the semi average D Line the Bucs have. Also no Faine or Joesph on the O Line while facing Suh, both are out for the yr.

Have a feeling Lions pull this one out.

While the Lions' record isn't much better than last year, they easily could be 2-3 more wins up based on the way they've played.

Their D-line is at times dominating.

I agree with you, as this may not be a good match up for the Bucs especially with the depleted roster.

The one team that is a sleeping giant is the lions i hope tampa does not under estimate them.
Defence Wins Championships,we need to return to the Bad Boy era.

Yeah, I'd expect them next year to be in a playoff hunt if they ever can stay healthy.

Refs screwed Bucs over on Winslow's 4th qtr TD catch. Called offensive pass interference. Kellen did not push off. Horrible call. Tied up at 17

Bucs go up 20-17 with 85 seconds in the game. Defense can't make a stop, let Lions get in FG range, now going to OT. 20-20

Bucs lose the heartbreaker and with it probably any playoff hopes.

Listened to much of it, but the Bucs should have won this game

The calls go both ways during the season sometimes they go your way and sometimes they don't. Example 1st game of the season calvin johnson caught a touchdown against the bears which would have won the game for the lions but it was called i...ncomplete.i never got over that one till the tampa game (karma) the lions got paid back maybe a call went their way but who knows the call could easily have gone the other way.It best to put it behind and move on to next game and know someday tampa will get a call too to make up for it.
Good luck to Tampa next week hope they win.

Agreed, and the Lions btw look to be turning the corner in a good way. Suh looks great.
