Magic center Marcin Gortat is "100 percent involved," though it's unclear whether the Magic would be sending out Rashard Lewis, Vince Carter, or both.

Jameer, Gilbert & Hedo .. All ballhandlers .. And moving Gil or Meer to the bench would make that 3 backup PGs

Apologize if this was posted before but it seems very recent

http://voices.washingtonpost.com/wizard ... trade.html

A league source with knowledge of the situation has confirmed that the Wizards and the Orlando Magic are discussing a potential trade with former all-star guard Gllbert Arenas but said that Arenas is expected to be in the lineup tonight for Washington when the Wizards play the Miami Heat tonight at Verizon Center.

"If it happens," the source said, "I don't think it's going to be today."

The reported discussions involving Arenas were confirmed by two sources on Saturday.

I think this is gone beyond rumour when the Washington post claims they have confirmed it but it certainly is not saying tis a done deal.

There has to be alot more to these trades. Malik Allen can't back up Dwight. And the PG situation....well, I just don't know.

I was fine with everything until Hedo was mentioned. We will be in CAP hell for sure taking on Arenas and Turk. Turk is not the player he was in 2009 with us. Actually even in our Finals year, a bunch of us were not happy with him that year because his numbers were across the board worse then even the year before. His numbers have gone down every year since 2007-2008 season.

I'm going to be watching Gil closely tonight against the Heat. Prove me wrong Gil!

Does anyone think Matty and David will talk about any of these rumors tonight? Or will they act like nothing is going on?

I really can't fathom why we'd take Hedo back unless it was with Nash. Otis even said himself that the Blazers were better off after Hedo chose the Raptors. It just doesn't make sense...

Ya I don't know about bringing Hedo back. Don't get me wrong, he played great for stretches during the playoff run, but let's not forget he too was wildly inconsistent as well.

Although I've watched this guy play in Toronto and Phoenix, he's just not the same player. Whether it be he's slowed down or he's just content not playing 100% with his contract, I don't know but I've convinced myself that 2007-2009 Hedo Turkoglu is no more. Who knows if I'm right though...

Lastly, there's a reason Otis didn't resign him for that amount and let him go. It just doesn't make sense to now bring him in after playing so poorly since he's left. I don't know about this move...

Also, didn't "Ping" say the talks with PHX were about Richardson ???

They'll touch base, but they won't be stating anything we don't already know... they're paid robots

Whoever has "flu-like symptoms" for tonit'es game vs Philly are the guys being traded.

I just hope we don't f*ck up the team by trying to do too much trade-wise.

I've got a feeling that's where we're headed.

Maybe he thinks the offense is just that stagnant? Idk. Arenas, Jameer, and Turk on the same team? Maybe Turk back would make Dwight happy...
