Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

I'd love to get Reggie Evan's thoughts on everyday matters, like politics and such.

If that is true, I wonder if SVG actually plays them and who starts? Arenas or Richardson or both? Hedo is probably one of the most happy guys in the world right now.

Reggie Evans rates these trades 8 ball tugs out of 10.
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.

- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

Does Otis feel that Hedo is worth that money now? I mean why would he want him back after slamming him for not being worth his contract? Still think he is overpaid..

JRich final year $14.5mil
Turkoglu $9,800,000, $10,600,000, $11,400,000, $12,200,00 (player option) Horrible
Earl Clark $1,898,760, $2,031,240 (Team Opt), $3,008,266 (Team Opt), $4,184,498 (Qual Offer)

Gilbert Arenas $17,730,694, $19,269,308, $20,807,922 (player opt), $22,346,536 (gauranteed if he accepts player oft.

Looks like turk is similar in length to Gortat, but ave 3 mil more per season.

Gilbert is better than Lewis now, but that $22k down the road will suck unless they unload him (ala Vince) then.

Clark is a bargain for years.

JRich comes off the books after the season like Vince, but he is better than Vince. Maybe, they can resign him if he does well.

I do feel this could help in the short term and maybe even for a few years now that they have guys who can create their own offense.

I do expect this team to play small at times too with Turkoglu at the 4.

While I really think Gilbert Arenas could help out for a few years, I believe Turkoglu is breaking down and we will see his play deteroiate. He could be used in go-to situations but is not going to be a big minutes guy.

Overall, these trades are a big risk and I am not high on giving up Gortat with no big to replace him and the 2011 first.

No wasy Hedo is near done. I fully expect him to play like he did when he was here. This is home for him and he will respond. I am getting stoked again as I had lost all hope for this team. I think we have a chance.

Arenas' contract is longer than Lewis' so no we don't get any cap help out of this. I still can't understand why people are mad at these trades? Something had to be done. We need scorers and guy who could create their own shots. We got 3 of them in this deal. People whining about Gortat make me laugh. He was a 13 minutes per game backup. He is very replaceable.

Who has reported that they'll be available tonight? I can't see that as possible.

So by losing Rashard and Vince contracts , that does not help us in 2012. Will be really pissed if Dwight leaves Orlando. In fact I will no longer be a Magic fan if Dwight leaves. Can't not go through losing another player for Shaq/Dwight caliber. Been a fan since day one, mom took me to that Magic/Pistons exhibition game back in '89 when I was six.

I don't think Dwight will stay anyways if Vince and Rashard were here.

I'm trying to weigh this trade out the best I can, and not be reactionary about it. First, if Hedo is coming here, Shard has got to go in the Arenas deal. Noway do I want to see them at the forward spots for us. Hedo is making too much money, but so is Shard, that's kind of a wash. I do like Bass taking over that four spot though, I just didn't think it would take getting Hedo back. If that's the price, I can handle that I suppose. I do like the backcourt rotation with J-Rich in there. If we do get Arenas, that's a lot of different rotations we can go with. I hated giving up Gortat and a first round pick however, that's the part of the deal that doesn't sit right with me. And with J-Rich expiring this year like VC, it makes it even more puzzling. What's done is done. I'll reserve further judgement until I see them play at least.

If we can get

Hedo that took us to the finals
Arenas that was putting up 24 7 games before the gun incident
Jrich that has been in Phoenix

We get that we can win the title.

If we get

Hedo that played in Toronto
Arenas that been playing in Washington this year
Jrich sucks without Nash

then this trade would probably be the nail in Otis and force Dwight to leave in 012.

SVG now has the toughest coaching job in basketball. He has to get 3 or 4 new starters to play well together and at a title level by the end of the year.

Gosh I hate Otis. We bring in three ball hogs to the team.

Hopefully we still make a move for Chris Paul. We need a damn point guard, not a bunch of ball hogging win players.

Some confirm this, but aren't the trades not going to become official until monday since the offices are closed on the weekends?

Damn, did we just get three players that can get off their own shot at any time when we had maybe one that could? I am stoked.

Right now we are getting Arenas, Richardson, Clark and Hedo. I'm hoping Otis is trying to get Blatche as well, while shipping Anderson to Washington with Lewis. That would be huge IMO and give Howard a even better backup than Gortat or possibly a starter at PF.

I would think it'd be a mistake by anyone to think that we're getting the old Hedo back. Before Hedo left us, he was being relied upon as our main scoring option... especially in the clutch. This time around, he won't be. He may be the 4th option behind Arenas, Richardson and Dwight. His role will be entirely different...but the main thing I liked about his game was his passing and efficiency. Those 2 things shouldn't change.
