BTW, Otis proving he can man up, by taking Hedo, he admits he made a mistake, which is something not all guys do

Hopefully we still make a move for Chris Paul. We need a damn point guard, not a bunch of ball hogging win players.

We may have did this for Chris Paul or Melo or both. Who knows?

if you guys some how got jared dudley instead of clark, it would have helped much more. hes not really a big name player, but someone that know how to play def and shoot the three and doesnt mind doing the dirty work.

arenas
j-rich
dudley
bass
howard

i guess you guys could still start q-rich?

with turk and nelson coming of the bench .

these are some good trades but most of the top teams have good wing players and you guys just downgraded in that regards.

its a big risk but homerun potential, good luck guys, dwight deserves to win lol

My guess is that Dwight may have asked for him specifically in the so called meeting with SVG and Otis.

Not sure if JRich is going to be a beast he was in Phoenix without Nash getting to the paint then dishing out. He's a good wing rebounder. He also makes some smart cuts so someone will be racking up some assists. He's mad clutch as well. Not exactly the take-over kind of player but he does get the job done.
The point is he's way better than Wince.

As a Suns fan I'll wish him nothing but the best in Orlando. Now Jameer doesn't have to put the full responsibility of taking over a game. Instead, JRich will share the burden with him because he can make the big shots

For Hedo, good luck guys.

All this Melo or Paul talk is a pipedream and nothing more. We do not have the pieces for either of those guys.

I'm iffy on how Hedo will perform here. We had Hedo 3 years before he exploded in the 52-win season, and that was because we brought Shard here. Maybe Arenas will draw attention in a way that allows Hedo to get the looks he likes, but I am kind of thinking like HowardMass here in that I think he is declining and will just be average.

JRich will be good though. I do like that part of it.

well he did get out of 1 1/4 years of his salary which pretty much comes to the original contract offer of 4 years and 36-39mil. I wonder if they had a secret pact of him signing bigger get his money then suck and get traded back to orl, when it was affordable. Conspiracy? I think yes.

Earl Clark $1,898,760, $2,031,240 (Team Opt), $3,008,266 (Team Opt), $4,184,498 (Qual Offer)

Gilbert Arenas $17,730,694, $19,269,308, $20,807,922 (player opt), $22,346,536 (gauranteed if he accepts player oft.

Looks like turk is similar in length to Gortat, but ave 3 mil more per season.

Gilbert is better than Lewis now, but that $22k down the road will suck unless they unload him (ala Vince) then.

Clark is a bargain for years.

JRich comes off the books after the season like Vince, but he is better than Vince. Maybe, they can resign him if he does well.

Hedo's contract is bad, but the last year will be a valuable trade asset. ...and Hedo's contract isn't as bad as Rashard's. I honestly thought he was untradeable. Didn't think anyone would take that away from us.

Goodluck stopping that team now. Team can shoot, slash, play make, and play defense.

Goodluck to Magic team. Risky shake up, but well worth the risk.

This team is much worse defensively. Lewis > Turkoglu and my left nut > Arenas on defense. Offensively though, the passing and playmaking is greatly improved. Dwight's work is cut out for him, but this is a high-reward gamble.

Thank you. Thought this was obvious now. Otis had to do something now. Not wait, and then possibly get nada.

WojYahooNBA Why wouldn't Orlando try out this new cast, and wait on adding Agent Zero? That Lewis-Arenas deal will always be there for them.

Arenas/Nelson/Williams/Duhon
J-Rich/Redick
Hedo/Q-Rich
Bass/Clark/Anderson
Howard/Allen/Orton

SICK!!!!!

Our bench has Nelson as the 6th man, Doo-Doo as our 4th stringer, got a good young big stud in Clark to work with too... we reclaim our size at the wing with 6'10 point-forward abilities in Turk... and Arenas and Richardson will be unstoppable to the basket ... we finally got 2 players capable of creating offense for themselves and for others when the offense goes stagnant during those lull situations in the 2nd half.... and Dwight Howard has more options to kick out too when they double him... also having Nelson run the show for the 2nd unit is CRUCIAL!

SO STOKED, Let's go beast the East and reclaim our dominance
