I will have to end my "no espn" stance for a day or two to hear the talk on this trade. Next weeks games will be interesting, and tv folk will be happy as I'm sure the ratings will be good due to interest in the new look of the team.

Are you serious? Arenas is playing SG. He may play point for certain stretches. And starting Anderson at the 4 after Bass has earned that starting role? Starting Hedo even though he played his best coming off the bench as a 6th man for us?

I honestly don't think Hedo will start on this team....it doesn't make sense at all...With the second unit he can be the maestro and coordinate things but to me it would be very hard to do that in the Starting Lineup....Maybe i'm wrong

I'd trade Duhon and Allen for Gooden in a second. Gooden isn't any great shakes, but he's a hell of a lot better than those two bums and he'd give us an extra big.

He'll start eventually. He is the only one that actually helps Dwight. Richardson more of a fastbreak guy and Arenas just does it on his own.

What about Anthony Randolph though? and NY is looking to get a backup pg and big, aka Duhon and Allen... he's got way more potential, he's younger and has a better contract...plus he is gettting no playing time in NY

Just got the official text message from the Orlando Magic, Lewis for Arenas is a done deal.

Btw, in all this Hedo talk, we're losing sight that we acquired Jason Richardson who is a hell of a scorer and the guy that can cut and slash to the basket. A really athletic 2/3 that can put the ball in the hole. I have a feeling we're going to really like this guy on our team.
