Nets WAG: Good Luck Charms?

Post#1 » by ecuhus1981 » Sun Dec 19, 2010 11:03 pm

OK, at first I thought this was mere coincidence, but after toppling a top-tier EC team in the Hawks, I'm starting to believe. People make a big deal of Prokhorov's presence at our home games, but I think the players' wives and girlfriends have a bigger *impact* on the team's performance.

I believe we're 3-1 now with Mrs. Carter in the building, and I thought I read somewhere that we're undefeated with two or more in attendance. Who knows for sure (someone care to research it?), but it at least seems we play better with a "cheering section". Discuss.

P.S. Here's hoping our dictatorial overlord RR doesn't lock this thread, and further dampen any fun or sincere interest in discussion on this slow board. Maybe, instead of policing every thread for traces of redundancy, we should just have ONE Nets thinktank thread, for any and all ideas related to the team? That would make this board so much more enjoyable to visit...

Wonder if Sharapova will change her name to Maria Vujacic or the long winded Maria Sharapova-Vujacic?

Didnt the Nets already beat the Hawks earlier this season? Not sure if any of the Nets WAGs were there, but I think we just have the Hawks number.

Ok I just checked the scores, yes the Nets did beat them once before this season but also have a loss to them.... not sure if that means anything.

Yeah so I think we just have their number this year. But since were on the topic, I wonder now that Tony and Eva are split up how can we get her on the Nets sideline? She obviously has no problems coming out to games. If she likes Frenchmen we have Johan Petro!!!!
