do you guys think that they might have dumped the big contracts of Lewis and Carter in order to definatly re-sign Howard and go after Carmello or CP3? i mean there was rumors about both of them coming here at one point i can see it happening

Damn... Wish we could`ve done a 3 teamer and sent Rashard to some place he`d like to go. Washington just seems sad.

Now that I have thought about it I actually like the trade with Phoenix best. If we just did that trade and kept Rashard we might have been better. Then Rashard and Hedo could play together again which worked pretty good before. The thing with getting Arenas is hes a point guard. And we already have a point guard. So that creates a problem with Jameer. But I don't like the fact that Richardson could be gone after the season.

I don't feel bad for him at all. He had his chances and he didn't delivered. Also, his contract isn't his fault (who would turn down 120/6?), but he way under performed. He's still making ton of money, and doesn't have much expectations anymore because Wizards aren't contender anytime soon.

i miss him too....i'm just laughing at the picture itself not the situation....It's kinda wierd seeing him in another uniform especially after that speech he made about becoming a different Rashard Lewis

I feel bad for Shard, but all is not lost. I thought that his last year wasn't fully guaranteed, so if he picks himself up and plays better and puts up good numbers, he could end up playing for a contender again. WAS could buy him out in that last year, or trade him the year before that final year. Vince was traded to us with a huge contract late in his career, and Shaq got shots in Phoenix and Cleveland. It's up to him if he wants to stay relevant or fade away on a bad team.

Prolly not. I`d expect it to be during his last year, the Wiz would want to clear up cap space.
