Not veto-worthy. Trade favors side receiving Felton given Rondo's health and that Felton has had the better season so far. Not sure if that will last but I like the 3 others in the Felton side over the 3 others in the Rondo side.

IMHO....slight edge to whoever is getting the Rondo package...but overall...the trade isn't too imbalenced....so ( as many have noted ) it's not vetoable.
