I know most of you think its Miami because your memories don't go back more than 5 years, but my vote goes for the sacramento Kings.

They were playing in front of empty crowds and then got White chocolate and C webb and alot of casual norcal folk became fans. After the Bibby trade the Kings were "the big thing" in norcal from 2001-2003. Now they are back to the laughingstock and nobody I knows claims to be a Kings fan.
