I did not watch this game. Why did Favors only play thirteen minutes? He had a +/- of +11 along with 6 points on 100% shooting, 3 rebounds and a steal.

Murphy got the bulk of the backup PF minutes. Most of favors' minutes came from backing up Lopez which is why petro got a DNP-CD.

Man, Avery should just leave Petro out of the rotation and give Favors backup minutes at both PF and C. He'd be getting 25+ minutes a night that way without messing with the starting units minutes.

Derrick had three quick fouls early on, which limited his minutes. When he did play though, aside from the silly rookie fouls, I thought he was pretty good.
