Another moral win. I am growing completely bewildered with how solid this team can look for 9/10th's of a game then, for those that watch South Park, play "Da derp dee derp da teetley derpee derpee dumb" basketball.

Still, i quietly keep my patience with this team, and will happily continue to watch all the games for the rest of the season, but argh, these losses have really started to hurt to watch for me. I think i somehow broke a time vortex when watching the sequence after Martell's early 3 when down by 1. In extreme slow motion I watched Wes's decision to break off Hayward for 'help' defense on the ball only to see Hayward open and the other side of the court open for the pass to him. My head was already in my hands before he made the dunk. By the time i looked up he was at the free throw line. By far the worst moment of the game

Its all about rotations and timing. Defense and offense. For example Fransisco Elson is on the court and Jefferson is resting. Minnesota has a small line-up which gives K-Love numbers but not wins. He needs to rest at that time. Then Minnesota recalls that they have a guy called Martel Webster.

Minnesota throws lineups on the court that produce a ton of turnovers.

To can't explain the frustration I have. Wes plays good for 3 quarters, then is completely inept in the 4th. Luke is a terrible point guard. Martell sucked it up the last few minutes. The two fouls by Wes and Martell KILLED me. Just useless, stupid fouls, from players that are better then that. I know it's cheap to blame the coaching but I have a tough time not saying anything when Paul Milsap and Al Jefferson get 5 fouls with like 5 minutes left in the game and your gameplan is to shoot contested jumpers, instead of going to the rim, and either get easy baskets and/or foul out their best bigs. Beasley and Love did this, and the went away from that. The only thing I can complain about Love is that he doesn't block/contest enough shots. It's hard to watch sometimes but he is one if the few players that tries hard every night.

Without those fouls by Webster/Johnson, we might(?) have escaped with a win, but I agree 100% that we should have gone at Jefferson and Milsap, but no, we allow them to take it to us for the win!!! An average high school team will do that effectively ... Heck, we did it with our 5th graders two weeks ago.

Simply mind-boggling. We neded one person on the team to take it right at the basket ... oh forgot, we may not have anyone that can do that. Should have had Brewer in ... at least he would have tried!!! people can say all the bonehead crap he does, but I have a hunch he would not have fouled on those layups and would have went to the rim. Man, am I disappointed.

I watch the games and I WAS a season ticket holder up until a few years ago when I decided paying for the product wasn't worth the investment. As far as bit, I have been posting on other boards for years son, so nope, no bit, just looking at it from an honest point of view. Besides, I never said they weren't better, but just because we say they are better doesn't make it so in the end.

Let me put it this way, trust me when I say I have been to a whole lot more Wolves games in person than you have been to son. Trust me with this too, chat boards are full of opinions, etc., so get used to it. Just because you think everything is on the right track doesn't mean I have to think the same way.

Again, the Wolves DO have a better roster, but you keep arguing that we should all just enjoy the fact that the roster is better and hold them to a lesser standard in terms of wins for 1-3 years as a result. Well, guess what son, just like business, the fact that you have new people isn't an excuse for years to come. It is time to put up or shut up. I also think that the schedule is a moot point. We got blown out by the damn Clippers son. Was that one of the tougher games? Granted, last night held promise, but in the end we lost. What lesson was this?
