Someone can't tell the difference between reason/fact and an excuse.

The Bulls have the better win differential (the best predictor of team success) while also playing the tougher schedule, having the better record in reality, and suffering far more from key players missing games.

Knicks are a solid team, but the Bulls have been better to this point. The mistake many fans make is over exaggerating the small sample size of games that their team plays directly against one opponent.

That may or may not have bearing if those two teams met in a series, but means very little vs the overall performance throughout a whole season.

When is one of Chicago's intrepid basketball beat writers going to do their job and actually press Thibs on how he can justify starting Bogans when it is clear he is hindering this team?

The point above about Korver being forced to sit for the 3rd quarter in favor of Bogans is an excellent one. Korver was looking like he had a rhythm out there for once, and he was re-inserted much too late and was ice cold by then.

At this stage, GarPax needs to be bold and either trade for J.R. Smith or dangle Gibson as bait for Mayo. I know many here believe Taj to be some sort of savior, but this team needs athleticism and scoring much more than a serviceable big man who will play limited minutes.

Hopefully the Fields dick sucking will end when the Knicks are forced to match a 5 year $40 million contract and at the same time a 5 year $50 million contract to Wilson Chandler.

The Knicks match up well with the Bulls, but the Heat are a nightmare match up for us. It's only two games and you guys have not played at full strength yet. Sorry about the Knick fan gloating on your board, that was in bad taste. Next game between us will be war and fun game for us fans to watch.

We have a better record with one of the most difficult schedules while the Knicks have a worse record with one of the easiest schedules. Both times the Knicks have faced the Bulls they have been lucky. 1st time we were missing Booz 2nd time Noah.

Knicks are a decent team a playoff team but, a lower seed.

These are not explanations, they sound more like excuses to me. Seriously, cmon now, lets not search for excuses here.

Bulls are not a good offensive team. Lets face it. As much as you guys want to clown our defense, your offense is bad. Your PG needs to take 25-30 shots a game in order for you guys to even be in close games, thats not good. Your supposedly good defensive team hasnt been able to stop or contain our offensive juggernaut. You guys have way more problems and holes in the roster than your willing to accept.

But what can be said is a team with a make up like the Knicks has never won a ship. The Bulls team is based on defense and we know ships are won with defense. Given how the game is played and how ships are won, the Bulls are closer than the Knicks.

The Bulls are a good offensive team, they just go through bad stretches, our pg doesn't need to take 25-30 shots a game for us to be in close games, that's just ridiculous and stupid. Our defense has been good, didn't you listen to that idiot Breen who pointed out how many teams the Bulls have held under 100 in the last 10 games? The thing is, like the offense it's not consistent, and for the 2nd straight time the Knicks couldn't miss on 3's, it happens

Ok we'll accept we have holes in the roster, IF you accept that you need to go back to school and learn the difference between your and you're, deal?

The Knicks are a good team. But I still have no idea what they see in Gallinari.

It stings to lose to the Knicks, maybe we just don't matchup well with them.

KC is never the one to ask burning questions. Remember he was the one that hid the Vinny/Paxson debacle from the public for weeks...just a puppet of the Bulls organization.

All I want for Christmas is to play these bitches in a 7 game series.

Maybe...maybe not. Bulls only had 15 dimes... Having a passer like Noah would help. Getting a SG would help even more.

Thomas and Bogans combined for 7 points and 1 assist as the starting SG and Center.

Knicks outplayed us. Period.

Also, anytime Toney Douglas misses a three point shot, I'm almost shocked. Toney friggin' Douglas!

This is what the D'Antoni lineup would be:

Rose
Gordon
Nocioni
Deng
Tyrus

No thanks.

Well explained.

I don't care about the Knicks until we play them again. Well that's not entirely true, would be nice if they would shoot over 50% 3's against the dbags or our division rivals.

The loyal non-trolling Knick fans have something to cheer about, finally. Too bad they have so many trolls representing them that seem bent on making sure everyone dislikes the Knicks.

These are explanations and not excuses to someone who actually understands basketball.

You are right we aren't good defensively.....do you think missing our C and best interior defender/rebounder doesn't have any affect on our D?

I respect Knick fans because they are knowledgeable about basketball but, this is ridiculous.

I don't understand all of the Bulls fans still dissing the Knicks. They are a good team....stop trying to argue otherwise. It just invites trolling....

Maybe we can give Jay Mariotti a 10 day contract as the new Bulls beat writer so he can douche out on Thibs.

And then once Bogans is banished forever Mariotti will do something creepy again and he'll be fired.

I really dislike the Knicks. Hate is an appropriate word. Losing to them is not fun.

Thanks for reading. That is all.
