I agree. But the guy has the same reaction whether it's a blatant foul or a touch foul. It's pretty funny to watch.

He does get whistled for stupid ass fouls. A small little shove or something like that.

I noticed it last game, the guy holds with both hands and pulls/pushes the defender every time he sets a pick.

There are different ways of measuring it. Using espn.com's method the Suns are #5 in SOS.

Mark West got whistled for a foul last game against the Heat.... Even as an asst. coach, that guy still cant catch a break!!!

the biggest SOS is for me that the defensive rating is 111 and the difference to the second worst defensive team is 7.
