Courtney Alexander
Whatever happened to Courtney Alexander, he had that one good season and then fell of face of earth?

Re: Courtney Alexander
I think he went to Sacto and then got hurt, pretty much ending his career.

Re: Courtney Alexander
He used a lot of hair tonic, lost a lot of weight and then started insisting that everybody call him Nick Young. Strange guy but a pretty good scorer, terrible terrible rebounder though.

Re: Courtney Alexander
Yup, he was Nick Young - though he seemed to be more of an introvert and not the likeable type that Nick is. Interesting fact - he was on the Nuggets roster for a week in 2006 - after being out of the NBA for 3 years.

Mike Smith was on of Jordan's 2nd round picks, but he was really more of a SF. I can't think of any other players who fit your description, without resorting to basketball-reference. Anyone else?
Always remember, my friend: the world will change again. And you may have to come back through everywhere you've been.

Only guys who come to close to that description are Bobby Simmons and Jarvis Hayes....both split time at SF/SG.

Re: Courtney Alexander
Courtney had a great season his first season with the Wizards. However, unfortunately, the next season was MJ's first season with the Wizards. That combined with the fact that the Wizards had Richard Hamilton at the 2 already, and he came into camp out of shape that second season, meant his days with the team were numbered. The Wizards gave him away to New Orleans. He ended up doing nothing and then disappearing from the NBA.
Viva le tank! At this pace, it will never end.

Considering that EJ played Jared Jefferies at the 2, I would throw him into the mix as well.

Hmm I want to say Randell Jackson, he wasnt a shooting guard actually. I just remember he was tall as hell and could dribble real well.

Well, in that case, the one person we can be sure it's not is Andray Blatche.

Late in the second season, with MJ out for the year, I saw them play Orlando, and was not expecting much because Hamilton was hurt too. Alexander scored 32 points to get the win. He had other good games that year too, but he was always a spot starter. I always thought he'd make it somewhere.
