A Line-up change HAS To be made!!!!!!

Post#1 » by general » Mon Dec 27, 2010 2:21 am

Enough is snough atl is the only team in the Nba who has had the same starting 5 for five yrs straight no changes!! The management has to shake things up! Were undersized,we have a $124million franchise player who is really a 2nd option or 3rd for Good teams!! It's just time to blow it up...

I really don't think it matters that much who we put out there if we're so content with playing at this snails pace we play at. We play like we're a Top 3 defense in the league or something.

Its not gonna get blown up, so there is no point in asking for it too.
Is it to much to ask for a team that plays hard and cares? Seems so.

whats the point of asking to be blown up.

no one is going to take joes atrocious contract. so you would just be trading away josh, al, marvin, etc. and how would that help the future? you would just be crippled by joe's massive deal and prospects who likely wont ever be as good as al and josh are.

problem with the hawks is these lame ass coaches they keep hiring

The plan of management was to keep the pieces together in hopes of continuity bearing rewards. There is no reason for them to abandon that strategy 40% into the season because the real test is the post-season. We've got the same starting lineup but we're trying to apply a different scheme to it with a different coach and that takes time. You have to ride this season (and the lockout out) before you see any major overhaul in the lineup.

You have to remember who you're dealing with here....

Its Rick Sund guys! You knew what was coming....nothing spectacular..just steady progress...

His definition of progress will be competing with teams during the regular season and just running into postseason bad luck.

His only in season transaction in his 2+ years? Locking up Mario West for the remainder of the season after 2 10 dayers....I guess you can include Damien in his big risk taking moves during the season. I guess you could say we're getting something out of Marvin for now with that move.

Anyone else want to dream about big moves? You won't get that in Atlanta.
