What won us the game, IMO..

We shot 12-23 from downtown, 52.2%, very solid number.

Ridnour coming out to play again..offensively anyway, 5-5 from downtown, 23 points, a steal and 6 assists. He CAN play but is never consistent. He won us the game against Detroit from what I remember and can have BIG nights.

Beas in the clutch yet again.

Our free throw shooting 20-22, 90%! A MASSIVE improvement on the last few games, we need to start getting to the line more, especially with Love/Beas/Ridnour being excellent foul shooters.

We actually turned up in the 4th for the first time since the New York game.

I was almost certain they would go iso with Mo Williams. He could've easily burned Luke, not sure why they went to Jamison again.

Thank goodness Love woke up from his turkey tryptophan coma in time to win the game. The coaching moves just boggle the mind. Is Darko hurt? that's the only reasonable excuse for not having him in at the end of the game. If he's still hurt they should have just given him a week to 10 days to rest the ankle/thigh. No sense in running an injured 7-footer out there on a 6-24 team.

I can't recall Rambis making an offense/defense substitution at the end of a close game all year. Why in the world was Brewer in there for the final 15 minutes? Does Corey have compromising pictures of Rambis with his goat? And where were Koufas/Darko when Hickson and Jamison were destroying Love and Beasley? Koufas may be a clumsy oaf on the offensive end, but he can rebound, play decent post d and alter shots.

Luke was great in the 2nd half, but you know you'd all be calling for his head had he missed those 2 ballsy 3's that got us back into the game.

Neither team wanted this game. It was a terrible, ugly game. that was a great crossover by beasley at the end of the game though.

I really think Wes could benefit from playing with the 2nd unit (and more SF) with Webster starting. There aren't any shots for him with Beas, Love, and Ridnour all demanding the ball. His role on the first unit (and as a 2) is mostly to roam the perimeter and wait for a swing pass, and that is wasting his talent. He isn't learning how to score doing that. He already plays a good team game on offense, sometimes too unselfish.

the problem with this is that it is apparent from his recent rotations Rambis refuses to play webster at the 2-guard. I can see him not wanting Webster guarding monta or eric gordon, but parker is the perfect type of player for him to cover. What happens when Darko and Tolliver are healthy and the SF minutes shrink? Is Rambis still going to keep running scrubs like ellington and brewer out there over webster?

I know they are wearing them at home again sometime in March against the Jazz. Unless you mean this calendar year.

Also, Ridnour must like the black jerseys:

12/10 against Detroit - 20 points (3-5 3P), 10 assists, 3 rebounds, 3 steals
Today against Cleveland - 23 points (5-5 3P), 6 assists, 5 rebounds, 1 steal

And yes, 2-0, baby!

"It was a slow game for me," Love said. "I don't know if it was Christmas or if it was the food I had yesterday. I was sucking wind out there. I was a little slow those first three quarters."

Looks like whoever said it was all that turkey was right

He will eat himself out of the league. Just watch it. Give him his fat contract and it's over

Thought they were only wearing them twice this whole season?

Huh....somebody lied then

I'm liking the new Ridnour. Hitting all his shots and only 3 TO's total in the last 3 games. Ridnour/Flynn doing 34/10 w/ 2 TOs this game...good sh*t

I think they're wearing them twice at home. Cuz I bought that special ticket package for both the games.

2 games wearing the cool new choke-proof black jerseys and 2 non-televised games. someone in marketing/merchandising needs to be fired. I bet they look even cooler when they're in HD instead of grainy pie.

Of course, Minnesota wins in a thriller when I'm too busy to watch.

I'm glad they finally turned a corner and did to the Cavs what far too many teams have done to them this season. It will give them some much needed confidence late in games.
