What is Charlotte looking for...
In all of these trades involving Wallace and Jackson, what is Charlotte looking to do? Are they looking to shed salary, are they looking to reduce the term of their contracts? What is the aim with all these deals getting tossed around? Or are they all just speculation on people wanting to take the talent of Charlotte's hands?

Re: What is Charlotte looking for...
the fans have one idea, the owner and gm seem to have another.
fans want to rebuild, send wallace and jax for a combination of cap relief, picks and young players. the owner and gm still seem convinced they can make a playoff run and would likely make trades to make us better in the short term, which most likely means finding an upgrade at pg.

Yeah, both the owners and the fans have different opinions to what the team needs. I guess from a fan perspective, the team needs more talent probably to the extent of breaking the bank to get some. The owners are probably looking at that but mostly to keep the team financially sound and to not go over the tax threshold. For me, if another team sees a talented player, ala Baron Davis or Andre Miller, as a waste of a roster spot on their team the Bobcats should do whatever to get them while their value is somewhat low.

What about a trade that was with Utah for:
Kirilenko, Hayward, Jeremy Evans, and the Rights to Ante Tomic
for
Wallace and Jax?
AK is expiring, Hayward and Evans are young and both have talent. Tomic is one that the Jazz would hate to trade away his rights, but the idea of having a full two years with Jax and Wallace, to play with DWill, Millsap, and Jefferson is appealing.
I think that the Jazz are still needing to convince Williams to stay, and something like this would do that, IMO.

No, that's a terrible trade. Why would we trade Jax and GW together?

That is a really, really, really bad offer.

Let's cap strap the Jazz so we can just sign D-Will in 2012 lol
