As of this moment, even looking at those last 3 years on his deal, I'd probably take on David Lee and his contract and love it.

He's pretty horrible on man D though. Is that really what we want?

He's serviceable. He's certainly not the perfect guy next to Hibbert, but a guy like Horford just isn't available. However. Lee gobbles up rebounds, does the dirty work, works hard on defense, scores in the garbage points, and he isn't a massive drug runner in Indy to boot!
I think that David Lee, while a flawed player, is one of the best PF options out there for the Pacers to put next to Hibbert. A guy like Kevin Love would be much the same as well.

West or Nene.
Either would need to opt out though.

Re: ZACH RANDOLPH?
I think West will most definitely opt out pending a lockout.
Nene probably will not unless he gets some big news from his agent/desperately wants a change of scenery.

Re: ZACH RANDOLPH?
If West opts out we should definitely go for him.
If so I'd want to trade spare parts or picks for a good defensive back up center like Gortat or Dele (resigned to a much smaller contract).
Hib /Okafor (if West and Paul're leaving he may as well come)
West /Tyler
Granger /George
Rush / Lance
Collison/ Price
I like that a lot.
With continued improvement from Rush, PG, and Lance we would be very hard to beat.

Give me Jeff Green. If we are going to be giving out a 5+ year deal, let's give it to the guy on the better side of 30.

Once Denver trades Anthony and Billups away, it won't be too far out when they deal Nene too. Without Anthony, they will be in full out rebuilding mode.
I like Nene, and i also like Randolph (atleast his game) but there are bigger fish out there for our front office to explore and try to get, one being Jeff Green. However, if everything fails, it'd still be a nice consolation price to get one of those two, even with Randolph's bad off court history, at that point it just might be worth the risk. Elite power forwards don't come around often. If the Pacers strikeout on who they truly want, they will still need to fill that void.
