CBS: Wolves want AR
http://www.cbssports.com/columns/story/14486778
CBSSports.com has learned that the Wolves plan to make a push to acquire Memphis guard O.J. Mayo, whose rights they traded to the Grizzlies on draft night in 2008 in the deal that brought Love to Minnesota. Mayo is frustrated coming off the bench in Memphis and "needs a change," according to one person familiar with the situation. The Wolves envision Mayo playing in the backcourt next season alongside Rubio, who according to a person familiar with the situation has given team officials his word that he will join the Wolves next season. The buyout that Minnesota must pay FC Barcelona is down to $1 million, but it's not clear how Rubio's decision could be affected by a lockout. Even if Rubio comes to Minnesota, there's no guarantee he'll thrive immediately.
Sources say the Wolves also are targeting Anthony Randolph, who is languishing on the Knicks' bench after being acquired from Golden State as part of the sign-and-trade arrangement that landed David Lee in the Bay Area. Minnesota officials will not part with Ridnour in the deal, according to an executive familiar with the team's strategy, but instead hope that Telfair would be enough to solve the Knicks' backup point guard dilemma.

If we're giving up Randolph for one of the the Wolves PGs, I'd be hoping it's for Flynn.

As much as I wouldn't want to do big for small Gremlin has a great degree of separation here.....
Cuse----->Rautins------>worked out thoroughly pre draft------>We need a backup point guard bad very very bad

They're trying to follow the OKC Thunder model.

SF: Gordon Hayward (36)/ Delly (12) / Dudley

Re: CBS: Wolves want AR
AR forTelfair is laughable unless it includes a high pick in return. Telfair is almost a negative asset.
I'd consider flynn and obviously be very interested in Rubbio.
Overall I'd avoid most of what the timber puppies have to offer

He's not improving as a point guard overseas matter of fact when is the last time there has been any buzz on the kid who supposedly is a can't miss prospect. Go check his EL profile not good really. He can't shoot like at all and is an extremely low volume scorer.
Nope not with Felton here as I look at him as either a franchise caliber point or not. I think not..... meanwhile I like Flynn as a backup point guard and I think he could excel playing it.

Re: CBS: Wolves want AR
I'd much rather Ridnour than Bassy, but if we can't land Melo via trade in-season...we can't take on that salary.
How about a Telfair/Brewer/Jazz 1st rounder for AR/Azubuike?

I sure wish I could get a hold of the stuff Khan is on...... actually on second thought, maybe I don't.
