My favorite is the Knick fan who wouldn't trade him for Rubio.

Already six pages of amusement!

What the hell is Tommy Udo smoking? He suggests that the Knicks should get the Wolves 1st rounder (can't happen anyway) along with Telfair for Randolph.

I expected this to be about Randolph having a big game recently or something, but I checked and the guy's played 6 minutes all month. Funny to see it just comes on the heels of an article that states the Wolves wouldn't give up Ridnour in a Randolph deal.
"A while back,'' Cardinal said, "I took a picture of the standings and texted it to Love, just to bust his chops,'' Cardinal said. "He sent me a picture back of a snowdrift.''

I just hope a deal happens now so the Knick fans need to eat it.

Not sure I would do it for the Utah pick. The Memphis pick is much better. Neither is good as MN's own pick, obvs.

Telfair + Memphis pick or Flynn + Utah pick.

I have no clue what Rubio's trade value is anymore, so I'm leaving him out of this. But AR for Rubio straight up seems like something both parties might consider.

This thread is awesome.

OMG AR for Telfair? GTFO Kahn is the biggest idiot ever for offering that!

Interesting post over there about having Donnie Walsh give Kahn a stone cold stunner for attempting to offer Telfair for AR.

I am sure you guys can understand the reactions. When people come and post Rubio trades everyone flips out. Every poster on this site knows the potential Randolph has. We have all seen it when he played as a rookie and at the end of last year. That is why Knicks fans are protective of him, even though he is not playing. We all see the potential. It is also the reason why many posters lurk onto the Knicks forum and make stupid low ball trade offers for him. As Wolves fans who have seen numerous trade proposals for Rubio I am sure you can understand.

True, but then there's a difference between the two. Randolph's potential isn't as bright as it was 3 years ago after spending the entire time on the bench and, honestly, not looking great when he did get off it. There's just not that much to get excited about him anymore.

While I don't want to condone trolling at all I think some of our posters feel it's appropriate to give some of the Knicks fans a taste of their own medicine. This is why I think threads like these only cause unnecessary trouble. To all of the Wolves posters going to the Knicks board, keep in mind that it's their board. If you want to post there do it in an appropriate manner.

Hopefully Kahn can acquire Rubio's rights as well from them, or at least an agreement that the Knicks will let him play in Minny...

Knick fans are like the tools who mindlessly regurgitate everything they hear on talk radio. They know what's going on because someone else told them and since it's exactly what they want to hear it has to be true.

It's pretty clear Kahn is looking to buy low on both AR and Mayo. Whether their value is low enough to bite, well we shall see...

Yeah, what Basti said. I know I sound like a broken record but you guys need to be careful on other boards - a lot of the mods on other boards are dropping the hammer quicker than in the past. Unfortunately shrink got that lesson first hand (hopefully he just got a 3 hour "cool down" suspension).

As much potential as Randolph has, your coach has completely demolished his trade value by refusing to play him. Telfair+Utah pick is a pretty generous offer. When Kahn won't even include Ridnour it shows how far Randolph's star has fallen.

I know it sucks when your forum gets pelted with trade offers that you don't consider fair, but you guys have to come to grips with the new reality that Randolph has very little trade value right now. Blame your coach for that, not fans from other forums.
