I have compared the two of them since Anthony was at Syracuse. Melo is a rich-man's version, but they are indeed similar.
Some people really have a way with words. Other people... not... have... way.

They're similar in style, but Melo is light years ahead.

Not sure how it bears out statistically but IMO the best Carmelo comparison is Pierce. If you told me I was getting Pierce in his prime I would give up Favors. Obviously doesn't change the fact that overpaying with anything else significant is stupid.

the melo and pierce comparison is fair... except i believe melo is a more athletic version. and MUCH more athletic than glenn robinson
