Kings defence looks stacked

Post#1 » by Griff83 » Sun Aug 5, 2007 8:05 pm

I must say this defence looks awesome on paper.

Visnovksy, Rob Blake, Jaroslav Modry, Brad Stuart, Tom Preissing, Jack Johnson.

I dont think there's a defence core with as much potential as these 6 in the league right now.

If the Kings can keep Cammalleri, they will have a very good team next year.

I know what you're thinking. We're in the middle of a city, what's a hawk doing there?

I think they are a playoff team in the West this season (well depends on how there goalie performs) but there top 9 forwards and D look very good.

Cammelari Kopitar Frolov
Nagy Handzus O Sullivan
Thornton Calder Brown

Visnovsky Blake
Stuart Preissing
Modry Johnson

Cloutier

Goaltending is very iffy; Dan Cloutier is just ok.

The D does look good tho, and the forward lines could be decent.

Cammerlili just signed a 2 year deal with the kings.

Finally the rumors can stop! He was linked to just about every team.

I hope Patrick O'Sullivan has a breakout year. I was a huge fan of him when he was in Mississauga..
