NCAA Team Stat download capture?

I really hope someone can help me with this request. I am looking for a program that can capture/ NCAA basketball player/team scores etc. and have both or either

A. the ability to move that information automatically to excel // access something in that range of storing large data
b. the ability to make custom fields


I do believe STATS inc does but I heard they want some absurd amount (like 40k a year or something to that manner even if I do not republish that info)
