They are made specifically for the dance pack.. I dont think they are sold retail.

I dont know how but maybe figure out how to contact their rep and see if you can buy one?

How much should I expect to pay for scalped tickets to today's game if I wait until after tip-off?

for boston, probably wont drop much if at all

Thanks for the info.

One more thing, what's the best way to make sure you don't get stuck with fake tickets? Will scalpers go to the box office or the gate to confirm them?
