I am sure other teams have interest in him, the question is what are they offering? Neither has all that much of interest to us right now. Considering he is one of our few outside shooters, it wouldn't make any sense when that is our biggest weakness right now.

Ya this doesn't make sense unless it's a bigger deal with a bonafide star coming back.

I'm calling BS.

Sources say Kings forward Carl Landry, meanwhile, is “highly unlikely” to re-sign in Sacramento, increasing the likelihood that the Kings move the unhappy forward before the Feb. 24 trading deadline to guard against losing him without salvaging something from the trade that cost them Kevin Martin.

The bulls are definitely not giving up rose, noah, and boozer and probably not deng or gibson. Knicks aren't giving up felton, amare, and field. I would trade omri for gibson if it meant we are trading landry also and I would also like gallinari.

All it really says is that other teams are calling and they should be. Westphal will play somebody hardcore for a few games and then sit them with no explanation. Casspi has been at the short end of that treatment a few times this year. It makes it appear as if, a) something his wrong with that player, or b) you don't really value that player all that highly. He's clearly got talent and in time I think he's a legit starting level player depending on a given teams needs. Could be a great upper end role player/glue guy.

Last year was the year of the PG for Kahn, this year is the year of the SF...maybe, just maybe, Casspi for Flynn might happen, lol! It is Kahn you know.

Prepare for an endless onslaught of "Bill Walker + 2nd round picks" offers from Knick fans.

If the kings were to trade any shooter, trade Francisco. If Omri was traded, I would be devastated.

It's sad that they are our only two shooters. But I agree. If we have to trade Casspi, I want a hell of a return.

That Suns game pretty much sums up why I think Garcia should be one of the last players moved. Paul Westphal made a comment about him not wanting him to handle the ball because he basically doesn't think that's who he is, I disagree with that big time. The best pick and roll this team has run all year was by Garcia! On paper Garcia is a perfect compliment to Tyreke Evans and with his ability to shoot, play defense, his knowledge of off the ball movement, and his ability play off of Cousins he's a huge hole filler for this squad moving forward.

I'd be bummed if we lost Casspi, he still has good upside and I like his fire and passion for the game. If we did trade him, I'd hope we'd get something very good in return.
Sometimes you just have to look yourself in the mirror and say....Tyreke Evans.
That just happened.

Casspi brings a lot of international fanfare to the Kings...doubt he's going anywhere anytime soon.

Well I get warned though I clearly mentioned in my post I wasnt sure if i did anything wrong I thought if i did you would message me my mistake rather than warn me if I didnt know what I was doing wrong . So I guess I get punished for trying . No Worries ICMTM I guess thats what I get when I try I just wont post anymore articles & links as it seems you would rather warn me or at some point suspend me when I really did not mean to do anything wrong .
I clearly stated that in my origional post until you decided to edit it .

Again no worries I just wont initiate posts anymore I will let others do it .

Return to Sacramento Kings
