I dont have any good feelings about this game tonight. I see Jax going 10/27 and a game high 28 points and 7 TO's. Meanwhile the team shoots a blazing FG 41% and we get our butts kicked by 20. Happy New Year!

Time to start up the moral victory checklist. Any ideas?

Hopefully the players don't quit on Silas like they did Friday afternoon. It would be nice if they listened to him during timeouts, especially important ones at the end of games.

Wont matter if they listen or not when Jax is content with taking shots like the one he takes.

If I hear him say "that one was on me. I owe the team one" or a version of that one more time I will puke.

Charlotte Bobcats co-captain Gerald Wallace will miss tonight’s game against the Miami Heat and possibly several more, after aggravating the left ankle injury that previously cost him five games.

But I thought Silas was supposed to put an end to that type of stuff where the players don't listen to their coaches. You know, his kill them with kindness and smother them with kisses approach.......which has served many hall of fame coaches so well.

moral victory checklist
___ lose by less than 10
___ hold a lead in the 4th quarter
___ henderson plays well building off last game
___ tyrus is back healthy
___ game is a sell out
___ both teams score over 100 giving the fans a good show
___ one of the big 3 gets injured
___ jax has less than 5 turnovers
___ jax shoots higher than 45% from the field
___ dj doesnt wilt
___ oakley punches bosh in the face
___ one of the lady cats has a "wardrobe malfunction"

you see, there are plenty of positives we can take away from this game.

That hall of fame hack took the Charlotte Bobcats to the playoffs last season. At one point last year we were 11-17. Before Fridays game we were 11-19, not far off from last season. Also we have a very easy schedule right now so we should be able to get to where we were last year. So I expect nothing short of playoffs from Mr Bouquet of Roses.

I expect him not to go out of his way to sabotage this team or be a locker room cancer like the Hall Of Fame Hack was doing and had been doing since the end of last season.

At that point anybody would be better than Larry Brown. Even those at Sam Vincent level. Either we would get better ,or we would get even worse (pick) but more watchable at the same time.

I found a way to make Battery entertaining. I read all his posts in either Professor Farnsworth's voice or Stewie Griffin's. If the first word of the first sentence starts with a vowel, it's Stewie. A consonant means The professie!

Bobcats handled LeBron and the Cavs as well as anyone last year but this Miami team is a completely different beast. Going to get smoked

There is no way we win this game. I just put down a 100 dollar bet to win 105 dollars on the Heat to win outright, I am that confident. :D
