whoo - ok, Vince had a pretty bad breakdown in that 4th quarter, that's for sure...

Don't really know if I would keep him, I mean he is not 28 anymore and his shot is pretty streaky...maybe we should go for more youth and attitude, even if it means we are going to a rough period of time while rebuilding.
Prediction for this season: Spurs beat Heat 4:2 in the finals (the revenge of Pop)
I don't like it, but it is highly possible this season with IND and OKC struggling

meh, many times any player is never covering anyone in the Suns rotation. Why single out Carter all the sudden?

It was a joint effort in utter fail by losing to the Kings when up by 14 with 7 minutes left.

Didn't the Kings come back from like... 32 down in a fourth quarter against another team last season? I seem to recall that... I could be thinking of another team though...

Sorry fellas, saw a lot of this on Orlando, but I can say this. He will play big in the games that don't matter, but it seems when the team needs him most he disappears. For example he would play a great game against the Timberwolves and would lay an egg against Boston. On the other hand, MP will take and make big shots. He can be very clutch, but I wished that he would drive more to the whole when his shot was off. VC just was not a good fit in Orlando, but I hope he does well in Phoenix. I like the Suns franchise and I wish you guys the best of luck!

Yeah, let's make VC the next scapegoat and ignore the effing huge elephant family watching TV in our living rooms.

Decent breakdown of what happened. It could happen to anyone. But where is Gentry in all of this? He doesn't call a timeout to tell his guys that we were winning, and we didn't need all those threes? Can't try some other players? Can't run a play?

In many of those pictures, we see the same formation by the Suns on offense. Oh well, I guess I am still in shock about the loss. :o

Are we really pointing fingers at VC this early? Really?

Is that just part of the deal when you're a max contract player?

Am I the only one shocked by this article? When I reflect on that loss, I look at that rebounding stat. Period.

Edit: after reading through his picture book breakdown I see this article doesn't necessarily follow the same tone as the first few paragraphs, but still...

i don't know any other player who is hated more than Vince Carter.

Seth: "Why did Suns lose to Kings?
* Kings outrebbed Suns 60-32? No!
* Coaching mistakes? No!
* Giving the ball to MP who has already missed 8 of 9 attempts beyond the arc? No!
* Vince Carter? No! but i can write a pointless article to show world like he was the problem. YAY!"

of course he didn't play good last game but tell me who did play good except Nash?
it's a known fact that VC has always been responsible for his teammates' and coaches' mistakes. He was scapegoat of every losses for the Magic although he had the highest +/- with Bass this season. People don't want to talk about positive things about him.

Remember how JRich was roasted for a half a season for his defensive mistake on ... who was it? Mason? Standard Operating Procedure here. Carter is being played to show he can still play. He was trade fodder and acquired to either expire or to be traded again. His contribution is moot and I'd expect to see less and less of him if he makes it past the trade deadline. Probably by his own decision as he will pull up lame.

He will not, repeat, will not be a Sun next yr. Embracing him is like falling in love with a stripper.

I do love me some VC and would love for him to stay, although I agree with you and don't see it happening.

I was watching the game on sunday. Late in the 4th quarter I saw that VC had a chance to drive to the hoop cause the lane was wide open but he deferred to Gortat or Hill instead. I can tell on his face he doesn't give a **** anymore.
