Who is tonight's star?

It's great to see so many of our guys have excellent games or where they each had their moments that kept us afloat. Tonight, the star was easily DeAndre for me. He's been playing out of his mind. 20 rebounds (9 offensive)? 6 blocks? 4-6 from the line? That's crazy. He's been working hard and I'm glad to see that things look like they are finally coming together for him. We just need to ink him up this offseason and for him to keep building on what he has going for him.

I also went with DJ, he had a great game. He was our defensive anchor tonight. If the game ended at half time he was still going to be my Star of the Game.

The game was really balanced, but DJ's showing a lot of growth and is filling the center position perfectly. I thought BD did well, managing the game and lucking out on some 3pt chucks. Gordon bounced back nicely too, but I had to vote for DJ.

I can't really give it to just one player, although I voted for DJ, but it was a full out team effort. DJ, Blake, EJ, Baron all played very very well.

I have seen DJ in at least 5o games live, he has never been as complete as he was last nite. DJ's hands were active on defense, he made some key (Fan Hollering) blocks early & that DUNK off Blake was simply a thing of beauty.

After tonight, I'm thinking DJ ought to be in the Dunk Contest as well.
