exactly. Thats why Horford or Smith has to be in the mix or else this trade will be a wash.

also Jose's performance tonight, cannot be duplicated by Bibby, so I'm not so sure about the straight up swap either.

This deal makes a lot of sense for both teams. Jose is better than Bibby and ATL wants to compete, Jose can start for them, we can start Bayless, we save a year on Jose's contract. Win-win all the way around. Hopefully BC milks ATL for a pick too.

If he gets the Hawks 1st I think I'd do it. Gives us another asset. I know earlier I said I wouldn't but I could see BC flipping Bibby + MIA 1st + ATL 1st for a young PG. Flynn anyone

That's my guy feeling on the trade.

Who knows, it could be JC and Evans for Bibby and Zaza and I'll be disappointed.

Flynn is not worth even remotely close to that much... He's been pretty disappointing overall and I would place equal value to Bayless and Flynn... I certainly wouldn't add TWO first round picks, which would be much better used packaging together to move up in the draft...

I love how we don't discriminate on hating all sophomores that have not lived up to their potential.....18 months into their careers.

If you look at his stats, his minutes are down and coming off an injury; all the while his averages are slightly below last years. Jose has been inconsistent and I don't see the problem. We pick up Flynn's option for next year and he plays for his contract.

I think this would be a good move for the Raps and an upgrade at the point.

We are committed to a rebuild and the 1 spot has needed to be rebuilt since day 1.

It's all over twitter, but then again that very well could of come from here.

I don't even know why I bothered posting the rumour. People think it's a done deal as soon as it's posted when really it may never happen. It's just a rumour folks from a pretty legit source who has been right in the past.

"Insider" type rumours is what makes RealGM so great but I'm really debating just locking this and keeping any rumours in the future to myself.
