Re: McGee @ Dunk Contest...???
McGee just needs to go old school. Do the Dominic windmill from the hip jam, do the free throw line jam, dunk on a 12' basket, he's good. Might not win but it would be fun to watch. Don't do something super fancy that takes 12 tries, that's no fun. Do three easy dunks that highlight your crazy athleticism, do a lot of build up for the 12 foot one, laugh and smile a lot and have a good time.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Like the best comedy it hurts because it's true.Mr. Grundle wrote:Wizardspride wrote:Mr. Grundle wrote:I'll be surprised if Javale manages not to embarrass himself.

To be a Wizards fan
1. You are either a semi-commited part time fan who says meh after a loss.
2. or you have a traumatic brain injury and watch the games without understanding them.
3. or you are willing to annually have your dreams torn from your soul.

I don't know if McGee has the charisma/coolness factor to truly pull this off; he's a little too geeky for that. He might end up trying to dunk while wearing an Optimus Prime helmet or something.
Always remember, my friend: the world will change again. And you may have to come back through everywhere you've been.

If only if he would put as much practice in a resemblance of a hookshot as in his SDC dunks... Oh well...

Young would have made more sense. Mcgee is athletic but I don't think he'd be a particularly great dunker. Young is a clown and could probably come up with some silly things to do. Half the dunk contest is showmanship.
Eric Maynor is the worst basketball player I've ever seen.

Re: McGee @ Dunk Contest...???
They interviewed his moms in the game last night and she would neither confirm nor deny that she is going to be part of McGee's dunk thing. I think dunking over your moms is kinda lame though.

Re: McGee @ Dunk Contest...???
The Mamas Boy dunk = McGee takes off his shirt and shorts to reveal a diaper. A pacifier is placed in the net. McGee takes off from the free throw line, sucks his thumb mid air, dunks it while grabbing the dummy and putting it in his mouth. His mom catches him, holds him in her arms and pats his back. McGee takes out the dummy and unleashes baby puke all over Jack Nicholson.

Well, in fairness, we took Mike Pence off their hands. Taking back Mahinmi is the least they can do.
