That was what was bad about him

He had 7 rebounds and 3 blocks in 26 minutes. I would take those numbers every nigth from him.

His defense wasn't too bad but he kept turning it over like f*ck. 5 turnovers in 25 minutes for a big? That's horrendous.

Well numbers sometimes lie. If you watch the first quorter again you may notice that he could have 7 blocks and 14 rebounds. That was not Darko. He seemed more intrested to stay out of foul trouble rather than contest and go hard each and every play. Also see Kwames' numbers during the same period.

I think he could dominate against McGuire and Brown.

With Love on the court Darko's rebounding numbers are bound to suffer. He's never been a big rebounder anyway, Kwame Brown's probably a better rebounder than him.

I still believe the reason we lost this game was Tyrus Thomas.

He started going into beast mode with 5 minutes left into the 4th quarter and made like 4 easy baskets in a row for them. He clowned on our defense late in the game. That is something you can't allow in crunch time.

I wish we would work Darko's face up game. He needs to get that 12-18 foot shot down.

Well i know a forum member younggunsum is always complaining along with me about the small lineup with Beas as PF and Love as C...

I believe it would be better to have a big body at the final minutes.

If Tyrus Thomas was the problem, do you really want Darko in there chasing him around?

A Love-Tolliver-Beasley front court probably wins us this game at the end.

Yup, his absence has been very underrated around here.

I think it would be better to have some brains in the game during the final minutes. I don't really care what size the body is.

Koufos in the middle with clear instructions not to try to post his opponent in the offense.

But in general i would prefer Darko even in a bad night. That actually happened in OT... but it was Darko Offense that made people mad

agreed sir, it would make his passing and high post play that much better. we've seen him use the jab step well and create space to either shooter a jumper or drive to the basket. it seems after that brief offensive explosion from him, we have gone away from establishing him for one reason or another. he only had 1 shot attempt last night(1 was a tip). i hope the staff continues to work to try and diversify his offensive game.

I think he might be hurting. I could see a definite hitch in his step when he was coming off the floor.

You might be right. It looked like he shot his jump shots a little hunched over too. I wonder if its his back again?

Think Martell's not looking quite right? "I know I'm not 100 percent, but that’s not going to stop me from playing," he said. #Timberwolves
