Ah the memories.

Lee will be forever defined though as the guy "who missed the layup" to us. Which is sad, he would have been the hero regardless of the outcome had that layup gone in.

Can we stop talking about some teenage poster that isn't on here anymore? Good god, 5 pages is enough.

I don't get that, and some people only associate Nick Anderson with the missed FT's in the finals vs Houston.

Nothing personal Mickael Pietrus. I just sent him a warning, but I guessed G actually banned him.

It actually makes sense when it comes to this board. People tend to remember the bad and forget the good.
ie: People keep bitching about the Finals because Jameer played, but don't mention the most recent PO's when he pretty much carried the team for a couple series. Pretty good example. Board is just weird like that.

Win it for Adubato, damn it! :D

I think I'm glad this is on ESPN for a change. It should keep us on our toes.

This isn't free throws.
His whole body was behind the backboard when he released.
Kobe was holding him off the screen.
Pau committed basket interference.
Leesus didn't even catch the ball cleanly since it had to come out so quickly.
Damn fine attempt that should have went down.

This is very specific!

Interesting that you predict a very strong 3rd and a good closing 4th. If so, van Gundy would be pleased; but complain that - yet again - Orlando only played one half of B-ball.

Right?

Predicting the Final Score is getting boring for me. LOL
I have noticed a little trend with this team in our last 7 wins ...

SA 26 27 23 25 = 101
ORL 28 34 35 26 = 123

BOS 20 26 17 15 = 78
ORL 19 17 21 29 = 86

NETS 25 19 25 19 = 88
ORL 24 27 30 23 = 104

CAVS 33 24 17 21 = 95
ORL 30 30 15 35 = 110

NY 23 21 27 32 = 103
ORL 22 40 20 30 = 112

GSW 28 25 18 19 = 90
ORL 24 20 35 31 = 110

BUCKS 17 16 24 30 = 87
ORL 25 24 22 26 = 97

I notice a mediocre first Q (especially on D), decent second Q primarily due to (iirc) late second Q runs going into the half. Our 3 Q have been good with the exception of the Cavs and I think Dwight had some foul trouble that game in the 3rd. The fourth Q has been great.

I think that the present rotation really shines in the 3rd and end of the 4th.

I hope none of you are talking bad about my boy Courtney Lee.. the guy is still one of my favorite in the league.. better watch yourself..
I will be going to the game tonight.. im 5-0 so far in the games ive attended, so hopefully 6-0 is right around the corner..
Stop Kevin Martin and keep Scola off the glass.. and eliminate Aaron Brooks breaking our defense down.. boom shocka locka, do those 3 things and we will win..

Any suggestions for a good sushi place downtown??

I didn't mean to turn it into a Lee hate. He did a lot of good his first year here. It's a pity he didn't make the shot though as it would have set him up for his career. That being said...Nick Anderson is remembering for a lot of things by me. Perhaps still my favorite all time Orlando player despite the free throw problem that plagued him after the finals.

Watch the video Adam put up, Kobe was holding his jersey when coming off the screen, also offensive basket interference should have been called on Gasol. Gasol's hand went through the rim from the bottom then he pulled the rim down.

On cue:
http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/sports ... um=twitter

Lee calls Orlando home in the off-season. He loves coming home to play in Orlando during the year so he can visit with friends and play against his former teammates. Last night, Lee hosted a party at a popular downtown establishment with his Rockets teammates.

Dwight Howard called him a “good friend.” Howard and Lee spoke yesterday and they talk with each other sporadically throughout the year.
