Are you sure that 10-25 is not more attractive than 20-15? I was never good at mathematics.

Lol I'm not sure now that I think about it. I'll double check my math and get back to you later

Agreed. It's nice to see some common sense. At the end of the day, this is all on Melo. Stay strong man, the big apple is waiting for you.

Wilt for what reason? He wants to leave somewhere where he is not happy, only to get traded and play somewhere else where he is not happy for 3 years?

It makes no sense for him to give in. You wanna say he is afraid of the CBA? Nothing he said has ever indicated that. Even so, weigh that against Denver's fear of losing him for nothing.

Did I say this was going to be easy? When one of us hates our job, we have to wait until we find a new one before quitting the old one. Sucks but such is life. At the end of the day, he should do what makes him happy, if that's playing in New York, then man up and wait or force his way here, simple as that.

he's manned up for 5 months waiting for NY to get a deal done, as he continues to deny NJN packages and has to be in a lockerrom filled with uncertainity....he's given this team a chance to get him, this team should man up and get him, he's doing his best in difficult circumstances

Are you honestly still singing this song?

WHAT IS NY SUPPOSED TO DO IF DENVER WON'T TALK TO US?

What part of Denver doesn't want to deal with us, don't you get? Everyone is saying they don't like our pieces. There is nothing Donnie can do if Denver doesn't want to talk to him.

CC Sabbathia manned-up by giving his all to Milwaukee, repeatedly pitching on 3 days rest, in order to help his teammates, while risking his own pending FA. That's manning up. Not what Melo is doing.

It's just a formality at this point. Denver is trying to save face by not trading Melo to NY until the deadline. If they hold on to him past the deadline, the entire front office is going to get blasted for letting their franchise talent leave for nothing when its been clear as day since the beginning of the season that he plans on leaving.
