He made the same mistake this game that he made in the 1st San Antonio game.

I hate O'Brien. Look, Spurs go on a run.

A well coached veteran team overcame a poorly coached young team.

Dont think I agree with giving Hibbert the ball for the win especially going against Duncan.

Naw, the problem was giving the ball to Danny. He can't dribble and he was missing everything. Why would you draw up a play that puts the ball in his hands as the main ball-handler?

What if Bird trades Danny and extends JOB? What happens next?

Yes but the Pacers lost a 15 point lead.. Veteran teams dont panic and chip away and thats what the Spurs did while young teams get sloppy and make mistakes and thats what the Pacers did.

I was hoping Tyler was going to get the last shot.. he played his heart out and left it all on the floor.

What happens next? Bird puts in a call to basketball fan President Obama to see if the Prez has any spare secret service guards for hire.

We have to do an intervention because his crack habit would be out of control.

Hansbrough was playing out of his mind last night. DG has to hit those free throws late and Hibbert's last two shots were awful

! I saw the loss coming though, I figured San Antonio would hang around and bring their A game late.

Hope this game doesnt make Tyler over confident. I am ok with him shooting when he is open or its a called play ( one in particular being where granger acted like he was crossing the court but started boxing out before Tyler took a shot - Lead to an over the back foul. ) but I hope he doesnt start forcing it like he did at times last season.

Another thing.. It was awesome to see him with 36 minutes but I dont think he is ready for that.

But this game is similar to what Tylers Per 36 has been.. 16 and 10 I think.

I had no problem with TJ and DC being on the floor together. Pop had put two small guards in for the Spurs and we were just matching up. do we have anyone else who can stay with Parker or Hill?

Rush can stay up on Hill. I'd much rather Pop have to worry about Rsh shooting over Hill than TJ Ford getting ripped apart. He's inferior to Hill on both ends of the floor.

You agree with almost every move JOB makes. When he put in TJ and DC in the 1st game against the Spurs, they went on huge run and pulled away to win. This time he does it again, we blow a 9 or 10 point lead. What don't you see wrong with that?

no, I don't agree with his every move. I do make an effort to understand them whether I agree or not. I was furious after the Boston game when he didn't match up. it would be inconsistent of me to be equally furious because he did match up last night.

besides the problem at the end of last night's game wasn't on the defense end. they didn't sprint away as much as we got stuck. we were something like 1-15 for the quarter and even with that hitting the two free throws to build the lead back to six should have been enough but of course we missed them both.

anyway, I just didn't see the connection you see between the two point guards being on the field and the loss. I don't remember them both being on the field at the end of the second quarter and the beginning of the third, but the Spurs ate up a lead quickly then too and went ahead.

It wasn't Collison at the 1 that bothered me. It was Ford at the 2. Why would we put a guy 4 inches shorter than Hill and give him a luxurious advantage on both ends of the floor? I would've rather seen Rush. You don't let the other team dictate substitutions. We should've put Rush in there and made Hill adjust.
