At only 8x the salary. C-Lee was great because he was one of the only major contributors I can remember that wasn't incredibly overpaid. He was one of the best rookies I have ever seen play for a contender.

I love JJ, but he's an expensive back up right now. However, if J-Rich leaves in the offseason, JJ would most likely start next year and log a lot more minutes.

An undeniably incredible achievement; we should give them a smaller, slightly less important version of a championship ring--possibly a success bracelet.

Congrats on winning some games. You're the greatest ever. Have some braided string, because you guys are terrific. Appreciate the awesomeness that is you.

Jon Barry cannot read those words. Too hard for a guy that has an IQ of 80.

He'll just say:

The one time I completely shaved down there, I immediately regretted it. Not for the obvious reasons, but because it looked like Jon Barry's head.

Question...

Based on what JVG said about Arenas not contributing anything since he's been here, do you think SVG feels the same way?

I just wonder if this kind of bs has any affect on the players because i'm sure it gets back to them that "hey, your coaches brother was talking smack about you blah blah.."

JVG just frustrates me with his having to go the extra mile to downplay everything the Magic does right or wrong.

I know him and Stan are very close (as most brothers are) so I wonder what SVG's true feelings are about Gilbert.

Stan basically called out Arenas for playing badly in the Milwaukee post game interview, it isn't like it hasn't been noticed by Stan Van Gundy.

the nba has a big thing about promoting teams in big market areas...I guess for advertising money? Many of the analyst think the bulls are contenders for the east. The thing with orlando is that no one ever gives them their due until after the fact. The only analyst that ever says what is on his mind is chuck barkley.

Gil needs more minutes to gel with this team IMO, he's playing around 18-20 mpg.

I was at the game, but I saw a lot of chatter on Twitter about ESPN analyst hating the Magic.

Can anyone tell me what they said? or cliff-notes on what they were saying? 8-)

It was a good game and talent difference is just too big. I have to say it worries me seeing Dwight sitting on the bench for foul trouble. And this was Houston Rockets dammit.

Return to Orlando Magic
