The Toronto Maple Leafs announced Wednesday that forward Simon Gamache and defenceman Anton Stralman have been recalled from the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League.
Gamache and Stralman each played in the Toronto Marlies home opener on October 6 against Rochester. Gamache picked up an assist, while Stralman registered two penalty minutes in the Marlies

I disagree. Woz has been one of the few defenders this year that has been a bit of bright spot. Him and Hal have played against the oppositions best lines and did a decent job. 2pts in 4 games for Woz is not that bad and Woz and Gil are the only two defenders on the team with a positive plus minus even after getting waxed by the Canes and going head to head for the most part with the Spezza line for two games. Way to early to call this new tandem a failure. He hasn't been spectacular by any stretch of the imagination, but he really hasn't been that bad.
I hope White isn't the odd man out because I think he's been playing quite well in spite of the stats. He's been making good plays at both ends of the ice but White and McCabe don't seem to get anything going.

i guess i'm with you on that, it's just frustrating to see what i'm seeing, it's almost a problem to sit guys...but i think white def. deserves to play...
btw thanks jalenrose for the new lines...i'm looking forward to seeing gamache and i'd have to agree with the belak point
