I'm sick of this.

Maybe Walsh knew this was going down and that is why he said he's going to resign Chandler, and he's already moving on to other plans (iggy, mayo, offseason)

Old Rip Hamilton + an old disgruntled Chauncey + Melo +what's left of the Nets roster is not a good team :lol:

There's a solid chance they wouldn't even make the playoffs.

Really, if a NJ-to-Melo deal is gonna go down, the sooner the better. That way Donnie can have more time to work on other deals and no longer have to worry about taking the team out of the Melo' sweepstakes.

Wilson Chandler is 23 and growing, our team is growing, Landry has a very bright future. The Nets are going to have a very ugly roster to get this deal done. They'll not only be old and without assets, they'll also be the same old also-rans that nobody cares about in NY. The Knicks are not only more popular but we're growing the right way with a superstar and nice young pieces, cap flexibility, and a winning foundation to build from. The Nets will be Melo + a mess and a half.

Do guys think Chauncey will stay with the Nets if he lands there, especially with the news floating around that he would seek a buyout if that happened?

Because if that happens, the lineup would really be mediocre.
