Re: Did Andrew Luck make the wrong decision?
I really think he made a bad decision and now with Harbaugh jumping to the NFL his decision looks even worse.
@bruce_arthur "And finally, as a whore." RT @docfunk "Here is what LeBron looks like as a Knick, a Fireman, an Astronaut..."

^wouldnt blame him if he does... in fact he should. i don't care if im right or wrong, but im convinced that him staying for another year in standford is strictly because he does not want to end up in carolina.

ahahaha
They'll probably keep their OC, so I doubt that Luck will have to learn a new system before going to the NFL.

Re: Did Andrew Luck make the wrong decision?
Unlike a lot of players who enter the draft early, he doesn't have any financial troubles that would force him to go to the NFL as soon as possible. Also, he's going to graduate from freaking Stanford University, so it's not like his whole life will go down the sh*tter if he doesn't do well next season. Even if he plays worse next year (which I honestly don't doubt with Harbaugh gone), NFL teams would still love to get him just cause of the brain and talent level he has.
He loves college, wants a degree, is still a terrific quarterback, and presumably got help from a ton of people with football knowledge in making his decision (including his parents), so I support his choice. Then again, I almost always support players -- NFL, NBA, whatever -- who decide to stay in college rather than jump to the pros at first opportunity. Luck's a smart guy, he knows what he's doing, and I really don't think he cares all that much if his draft stock goes down a bit in the future. Analysts have loved him the last couple of seasons, and wouldn't suddenly sour on him because of a less than stellar season. Some of the top football guys have been calling him the best prospect since Peyton Manning, or the best they've ever scouted. If he's really that good, the same scouts will jump all over him when he does decide to enter the draft. Barring a career-ending injury, I think he made a good choice staying at Stanford.
